mato xhatch

This is a study in crosshatching and a little thin, slanted type. The crosshatch seemed easy to do with blending. With type, as anything, the devil is in the details. Masking, nipping, tucking aside, the round on the O was a pain in my arse. I mostly hand drew the lines, which is why the spacing is less than perfect. I’ll call it charming.

If people are interested, I’ll put up some details on the making of, just vote in the comments!
