I’ve been AFFoT (away from friends of type) for about 3 months now. That’s because I started working at a startup and we’ve got lots of stuff to make. It’s incredible how much can be done with the kind of focus this environment provides. In addition to working on product we’ve undertaken a rebranding, from Coursekit to Lore, and I am very lucky to have had the chance to lead the design process and make myself a logo.
At one point I was equating a network of learners to a network of trains, and I made this script which reminded me of the old rail brands before the 50s’-70′s when they all rebranded with modern identities. Seems fitting to share it here, today.
