The Accidental History of the @ Symbol
I was fortunate enough to work with design director Margaret Swart and contribute two lettering pieces for the newly redesigned Smithsonian Magazine. One of which (featured above) was for an article about the history of the @ symbol. A fun read for anyone interested in the ancestry and modern adaptation of this versatile glyph.
