It’s a first draft, plenty to improve. I think I’m deciding to do one italic that is very rooted in the Clarendon history. A more straight forward sans italic might come after if I’m up for it.
I’m glad to hear that the clarendon italic is coming first. That “v” and “r” are very special triumphs. This thing is turning into a very rich family! Kudos.

This is coming along nicely. The roman is pretty. The italic feels a little wide, though.
What kind of weights do you have planned for it?
