United Pixelworkers
Announcements & Digitized by Erik Marinovich
Jay, Nate, and Matt who are the talented fellows behind United Pixelworkers invited me to create a shirt to represent my city, San Francisco. I’ve been a fan of the merchandise they produce for awhile because it’s always of the highest quality. If you want to represent SF buy the shirt here.

Ampersand Club Workshop @ PSU GD
In January of 2013 we conducted a lettering workshop at Portland State University Graphic Design department called ‘Ampersand Club’. Attendees learned tips, tricks and insight to our process in creating a typical post for Friends of Type. Shown above are 21 ampersands examples created by each participant. A big thank you goes out to Kate Bingaman-Burt for making this all happen!

United We Stand, United We Fall
Near the end of December of last year, I was contacted by Lee Wilson (art director at Bloomberg Businessweek) to do a piece on an article about economists and their search for a solution to save the €uro. You can read the full article here.
Make sure to follow @leehwilson and his colleagues over at @bizweekgraphics on twitter!
Keep it Classy

Never Too Late
The post title has no relations to the shitty Three Doors Grace song of the same title. Btw, happy late New Year!
